Vice President of Recruitment
Dylan Goerig (630)-346-2201
Hello, I’m Dylan Goerig, a Junior from Chicago studying Finance and Accounting at Leeds. As a Recruitment Chairmen for Beta Upsilon, my goal this year is simple: to run a high-impact rush that brings in the best guys on campus. I’m looking for new members who are ready to lead and uphold the high standards we set at Pike. This fraternity has given me incredible opportunities and lifelong friends, and I’m dedicated to making sure our chapter stays something that every brother can be truly proud of. I’m looking forward to meeting new members during rush and helping to recruit an amazing fall class after the success we had in the spring.

Vice President of Recruitment
Malcom Crawford (978)-626-7009
Hello, my name is Malcolm Crawford, and I am one of the Recruitment Chairmen for Beta Upsilon. I am a Junior studying Economics and Business. During spring rush, my fellow chairmen and I worked to recruit a strong group of new members and we are excited to do it again in the fall. My goal is to create a welcoming environment that reflects what it truly means to be a Pike, and I am excited to contribute to the continued growth of our chapter. We just hit 200 active members as a chapter, a huge milestone but I am motivated to keep growing and continue to have great classes that will continue to strengthen this fraternity and its future.

Vice President of Recruitment
Wally Collins (617)-980-3758
As Rush chair for the upcoming semester, I plan to raise the standard of who we bid by holding every candidate to the four pillars of SLAG, Scholar, Leader, Athlete, and Gentleman. I will build genuine relationships with potential new members before a bid ever goes out, so that the men who join are ones who already align with what PIKE stands for. I want to create a bidding process that feels personal and intentional, where each offer reflects real thought about what that person could bring to our chapter. My focus is on quality over quantity, bringing in men who will push the fraternity forward rather than simply filling a pledge class. The work I do as rush chair directly shapes who PIKE becomes, and I am committed to making sure every bid we extend is one the chapter can stand behind.
